NOPA Code of Ethics
NOPA’s Board of Governors has approved a voluntary Code of Ethics and recommends that all members adopt it and incorporate its principles in their day-to-day businesses.
Ethical behavior begins at the top of every organization, with the President, CEO or business principal. He or she is uniquely situated to sets the tone of their organization and establish practical standards of behavior that will benefit employees, customers, their communities and other affected constituents.
Over time, leading companies – large and small – have seen strong evidence that their own positive business practices and employees’ patter of behavior can improve earnings and long-term success in attracting and retaining employees, building a positive brand and community image.
We invite you to review the NOPA Code of Ethics and explanatory materials. We hope you too will sign and return this voluntary pledge and commit to bringing it to life in your own business every day.
